How I can place an order at NLFB Apparel?

Shopping at NLFB apparel is very easy for all of you. All you have to do is just click on “Add to cart” to add products to your shopping bag. Review your shopping bag and proceed to checkout when you are ready. Fill in all the required details for shipping and click on “Save and Continue”. Review all your order details and shopping total once again before completing the payment. Your order is placed! You will immediately see your order confirmation. You will also receive an email with your order details including your order number.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed by NLFB Apparel, you will be sent an order tracking number via email. You can track your order by this number.

How much time does it take for local/international deliveries?

All products are custom-made to order, processed, packed, and shipped within 24 business hours. Please allow 7-14 business days for shipping and handling. Packages are shipped via USPS and may take 5-7 business days depending on the shipping location.

Can I exchange and cancel my order?

There are no returns, refunds or exchanges for items once purchased. All sales are final. Please read item descriptions for size carefully or message us with any questions. Be sure to confirm that there are no missing characters or misspellings in the name and address (billing address and shipping address) you entered.

What is the dimension and size of the product I choose?

All products are sold by the international sizing scheme. To view the exact dimension or size, you can simply find it on every product page.

Are the colors of the products shown on the website are same?

While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products that appear on the site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.

What if I don’t receive my package?

Please notify us within 7 days of the supposed delivery date indicated on your tracking in order to be considered for replacement.

How do I know that items are in stock?

All items are in stock unless ‘SOLD OUT’ is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.

What if I receive a damaged product?
